Hi, I’m Melissa. I’m a full time healthcare professional and long time yoga student, I became a yoga instructor in 2018 to deepen my practice. Living in the real world, I know just how easy it is to get wrapped up and worn out in the day to day.
I love my job but it can be a bit of a beat down. Long hours & high stress environments make burn out a very real thing.
Yoga has given me the tools I need to remain present and prepared for whatever life throws my way.
Through my yoga practice and mindful living I have found the extraordinary in my very ordinary life. And I want to help you do the same.
